The practice was established by Dr David Reilly in 2002, and the team of doctors and nurses have been providing friendly and personalised care ever since.

Swords Family Practice is fortunate to be a training practice and have medical students from both RCSI and UCD. We are affiliated with the North Dublin GP training scheme.
